Orders are placed by email. Tell us what you would like and where it should go, and we reply confirming availability, delivery cost, VAT and the total, with an invoice you can pay online. A contract is formed when we confirm your order in writing and you pay the invoice. Prices on the site are shown in euros before VAT.
Delivery costs and times depend on the destination and are confirmed when we reply to your order. Most equipment is made to order, so please allow 10 to 14 days before it ships.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To use it, tell us clearly by email within that period. Goods should be returned unused and in their original packaging, and the cost of returning them is yours. We refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back or of receiving proof that you have sent them. Items made to your specification and sealed food supplements that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights, including your right to goods that match their description and are free from defects. Electroculture, radionics and water equipment results depend on many factors outside our control, such as soil, climate and installation.
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without removing the protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
